This immersive leadership development course is designed specifically for healthcare and scientific professionals who want to strengthen their ability to lead people, influence systems, and create meaningful impact.

New this year, we are offering an optional add-on prior to the training. This half-day intensive on 27 October 2026, “Leading as a woman in healthcare” – is designed to complement the core leadership programme by providing a dedicated space to explore the realities of leadership as a woman in healthcare.
