Rules

The SSM provides travel grants for young member scientists and it supports the organisation of scientific meeting.

Applications are discussed at one of the SSM committee meeting which are held four times a year.

Travel Grant application deadline:
Travel grant applications have to be submitted in advance regarding the planned event.
The application date should be prior to the SSM Committee meeting and the event date should be after the SSM committee meeting.
In that sense, no grant can be allocated after the meeting has taken place.

Deficit guarantee for scientific events application deadline:
Application must be sent before November 1st for events taking place the following year.
